All modern love stories begin on the internet, this cross-country love story was no exception. Danny had his picture featured on a Beardbrand’s website and Instagram. Lindsey being a believer in the beard followed their Instagram and with probably an IPA in hand was browsing through until a certain smile stopped her scrolling with a halt… As you may have guessed the smile and the beard belonged to the now beardless Danny. Long story short after weeks of liking each other’s pictures, Lindsey worked up the courage to slide into Danny’s DM’s. They bonded over their mutual dislike for American cheese and after his suspicions of her being a BOT faded (a bot with good taste in cheese apparently) they traded phone numbers. Spring break was coming up and they decided to meet in person in Seattle, WA since they both always wanted to visit the PNW. Sleepless in Seattle indeed. Anyways the spark ignited in person, setting off a long but adventurous year of traveling together with the difficult periods of being apart. Once Danny earned his Bachelor’s degree at San Jose state, he decided to make the move to Pennsylvania to start a life with Lindsey. Six years later they bought their first home together, adopted a second kitty and pursued careers in their passions all while continuing the adventures. This brings us to the current chapter in their lives, marriage.
