What is the venue like?

Answer

The wedding and reception will be held in an grassy outdoor space at The Lyric movie theater. It's an eclectic movie theater/art space with lot's of cool sculptures created by local artists!

What's the parking situation?

Answer

Parking at the venue is very limited. We highly recommend you take the wedding shuttle (details on the Travel tab of our website). If you do choose to park at the venue there is overflow parking at Jax across the street and on Hickory Street. We do not recommend leaving your car in either of these locations overnight.

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will have a cocktail hour following the ceremony with buffet style appetizers. Dinner will also be buffet style with entree's such as roast chicken, beef wellington, and ratatouille.

Drinks?

Answer

There will be an open bar serving wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks outside. Cocktails can be purchased at the full-service bar inside of the theater.

What's the dress code?

Cocktail or Semi-Formal. Think garden party!
