We're getting married!

It was 2020 during a global pandemic. Teresa made a Hinge account after joking about it with some friends and immediately matched with a cute guy who owned a Bernese Mountain Dog. They immediately hit it off and agreed to get dinner together. The rest is history!

Teresa and David both love going to Salt Lake City for skiing and snowboarding in the winter. After several fun days hitting the slopes in March 2022, they decided to go to Park City for a few days to relax. Teresa did not know that David had already asked her mom for permission to marry her and was secretly carrying an engagement ring the whole trip. They started the day by eating lunch at the beautiful High West Distillery in the mountains. They nearly missed the plans David had so carefully made because Teresa insisted they go on a tour of the distillery. Luckily, David was able to discretely make sure they got back on time for him to surprise her with a snowshoeing hike in the mountains with a private guide. The guide was in on the plan, and after a beautiful hike asked if they wanted their picture taken. David got down on one knee and popped the question. Teresa was very shocked and excited! After she said yes, they popped champagne that the tour guide had been secretly carrying.
