Yes, campers are welcome and you can stay over night. We just ask that if you are bringing a camper you give Tyler or Samantha a heads up. We ask that you bring your camper and have it set up prior to the ceremony starting. The venue stated all campers and vehicles need to be gone by 9am Sunday morning.
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite.
We love your kiddos but we are asking guests to not bring kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal. No jeans, t-shirts or white attire please!
We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue and vendors with exact numbers by a certain date so please RSVP by October 1st.
Yes, there will be beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages on us! You may opt to bring cash to tip our bartenders. Please party accordingly.
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them.
There are 4 hotels located just 10 minutes away from the venue in Cambridge MD – The Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay, Days Inn, Comfort Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Express. Additional there are many very nice Air B&B’s locally. The bride and groom will be staying at the Hyatt Regency.
Yes, there will be plenty of parking at the venue.
Right now there is not. I’d suggest taking an Uber or Lyft to the venue. We will be serving beer and wine and want to make sure everyone gets back safe. That being said there is a place to park at the venue as well. Your vehicle can stay overnight. The venue requests that all cars are picked up by 9am Sunday morning.
The ceremony will begin exactly at 3:30pm. Please arrive no later and be seated by 3:15pm. If you are bringing a camper we recommend you be there and be set up no later than 2:30pm
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute, all wedding cards can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
No, the bride and her bridal party will be getting ready in the barn. No guests will be allowed inside the barn prior to the ceremony.
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “No” so we can plan accordingly.
Please RSVP by October 1st!
The ceremony will be taking place outdoors on the back patio. Cocktail hour will be taking place on the side patio outdoors. The reception will be taking place inside the barn. If it rains accommodations will be made and the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors.
We recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible. We discovered the same weekend as our wedding is waterfowl festival weekend in Cambridge which is a big event for that area. There is only 4 hotels in the area and they may sell out.
The bridesmaids will be wearing Eucalyptus green!
