What is the dress code?
Answer
For the wedding & reception, black tie is encouraged. This means ladies in long dresses and gentlemen in tuxedos or dark suits. For Friday, please come as you are, work clothes, travel clothes, etc. are fine.

Are you providing transportation?
Answer
Yes! We have transportation available for both Friday and Saturday. Friday - To Lounsbury House: - Pickup at 5 PM and 7 PM from Hotel Zero Degrees only, drop off at Lounsbury House on Main Street, Ridgefield - walking distance to shops & restaurants, and of course the welcome party! - Pickup at 9:30 PM and 10:15 PM at Lounsbury House with drop off at Hotel Zero Degrees Saturday - To Le Chateau: - 3:15 PM pickup at SpringHill Suites - 3:30 PM pickup at Hotel Zero Degrees - 10:30 PM buses return to hotels If you would like to drive yourself, there is ample parking at the wedding venue on Saturday as well as at the Lounsbury House on Friday.

Can you explain Friday?

Great question! If you're arriving Friday, we would love to kick off the weekend with some light fare and cocktails. Join us in scenic downtown Ridgefield at the Lounsbury House from 7:30 - 9:30 PM. There is plenty of parking downtown and transportation is available. There will be an early shuttle into town from the hotels if you would like to grab dinner on Main Street prior to the welcome party. You can walk to the Lounsbury House from any of our favorite restaurants: Luc's Cafe Meg's pick: Moules Frites Sam's pick: French Onion Soup Reservations recommended Tequila Escape Meg's pick: Jalapeño Margarita & Nachos (duh) Sam's pick: Ahi Tuna Tacos Reservations Recommended Notable mentions: Bailey's Backyard, 850 Wood Fired Restaurant, The Lantern
