Abbey has been Shannon's BCF (best cousin friend) for as long as she can remember. Growing up around the corner from one another, they were lucky to spend time together as friends, classmates, teammates, brownie troop members, dance partners and of course cousins. They had the privilege of spending their summers together at the Beach House and Cape House which instilled in them a love of family and traditions. Abbey and Shannon have taken on many adventures together, including London, Paris, Italy, Iceland and many memorable trips to San Diego. When Shannon faced unimaginable hardships in 2020, Abbey and her brother, Bradley, were the biggest support system. Shannon couldn't imagine getting married without Abbey by her side. Abbey currently lives in Salem with her husband Brett, fur baby Mowgli and baby boy Graham. Shannon and and Drew continue to enjoy family traditions with Abbey and Brett and Abbey continues to be a wonderful support system to Shannon!

Kate Emara

Kate and Shannon go as far back as the Kindergarten Teddy Bear Picnic at Hatherly Elementary School. They experienced many of the same childhood memories, however their friendship wasn't fortified until they created a Clay Series together in a high school art class. From there, New York City was their shared home away from home. When Kate wasn't traveling the world for work, they were always together watching reality tv, eating cheese, and drinking wine on Wednesdays with Wynn, Anna and Harold. Luckily, Shannon and Kate returned home to Massachusetts and continue to watch reality tv, eat cheese and drink wine together. Kate's loyalty, empathy and quick witted sense of humor have been an incredible support system to Shannon throughout the years. Kate currently lives in the South End with her husband Tarik (known exclusively to Drew as T-Dawg). Shannon and Drew love their outings with Kate, Tarik, Kaite and Bobby, the lucky members of Shitzy Teriyaki Kabob.

Katie Dillon

Katie and Shannon have known each other since they were three years old, but it hasn't always been as friends. For years Katie harbored a resentment for Shannon from a dance recital faux pas in 1993. Luckily, they were able to put aside their competitive differences and come together for a memorable French Exchange trip in high school. Katie always had a strong bond with Shannon's mom, Kath, and Katie continues to do a wonderful job at keeping their shared memories alive. Family bonding is a shared theme between Katie and Shannon, with many happy memories created between Drew and Katie's parents Bill and Nance. Shannon is there sometimes, too...Katie currently lives in Halifax with her husband Bobby, Kris Kringle the cat, and her beautiful new daughter Cici. Shannon and Drew always have a good time with Katie and Bobby, better known to many as Kabob!

Julie Zucker

Shannon and Julie met as freshmen in their Quinnipiac dorm and immediately bonded over their shared love of the Spice Girls. Despite their differences, their bond was instant and grew to be a sisterhood over time. After three years as roommates in college, they were brought together again in New York City where Shannon was the third wheel to Julie and her cat, Lily. Living together in NYC was unforgettable. They were always trying new restaurants and leaned on each other during times of stress caused by work, construction and of course COVID. It is true that if you can make it in New York you can make it anywhere and despite the ups and downs, these two always found ways to laugh through life together. Shannon never thought she would live in the city but Julie made it feel like home and their time together was filled with many happy memories of HelloFresh recipes, Dancing with the Stars viewing parties, Karaoke nights, Seamless mishaps and game nights. Julie continues to live in New York City with Lily, and her husband Dan and they are expecting their first child in March of 2024. Julie has always been a close friend to Shannon and it has been joyful to watch Drew and Julie form a strong bond of their own!

Alexis Gerleit

Alexis had the incredible privilege of being randomly assigned as Shannon's roommate freshman year at Quinnipiac. Ledges 254 was where they discovered their shared love of Disney movies, Bruce Springsteen, Law and Order SVU and asian culture. They share a unique perspective of valuing the importance of family time at home while also longing to see new parts of the world. This shared view allowed them to experience many wonderful adventures together with memorable trips to New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore and Bali. Living together overseas brought a level of friendship that is much more like a sisterhood, a relationship no stranger to Alexis as the middle of three girls. Throughout the years they have also experienced many happy trips with each others' families to LBI, Cape Cod, Disney World and of course Wayne and Scituate. Despite not always seeing each other regularly, Alexis has been a constant support and stabilizer for Shannon when things get rocky. Alexis is currently thriving in Chicago and continues to be a wonderful sister and support system to Shannon.

Ellie Hendrickson

Ellie is the sister Shannon has always wanted. Of course Shannon has always loved being a big sister to Johnny, aka Bud, but she always longed for a sister and Ellie has surpassed all of her wishes. Bud and Ellie tied the knot on Kath's birthday in November of 2023. While that was the official start of Ellie Hendrickson, she has been a sister to Shannon from the start. Shannon is so grateful for all of the joyful memories made with Ellie including competitive game nights, power ballad sing alongs, and many nights out in Quincy, Cape Cod and Scituate. Ellie has an infectious laugh and an ability to make everyone feel at ease. When Eric faced health issues in 2021, Ellie was a rock for both Bud and Shannon. She is wise beyond her years but also loves to keep everyone on their toes! Shannon couldn't imagine a better partner for her baby brother and Shannon and Drew look forward to many happy memories made together as a family going forward!

Emily Fitzmaurice

Shannon is thrilled to be gaining another sister in Emily. When these two first met, they immediately bonded over being older sisters to pesky younger brothers. Their passion for puzzles, standing up for for human rights, and 90s nostalgia united them instantly. Drew has always admired his older sister and knows that he can rely on her through the good times and the bad. Drew has many fond childhood memories with Emily, most of them including a classic 80s movie. Drew was granted the privilege of being made Godfather to Emily's son, Gavin, a role that Drew takes very seriously. Emily currently lives in Arlington, MA with her partner Steve and their adorable son, Gavin. Shannon and Drew enjoy visiting their family, especially because Shannon and Gavin share many of the same Disney favorites!

Dave Johnson

Dave is Drew's uncle and Godfather. Drew and Dave have shared many happy memories together, most notably their shared birthday celebrations. Throughout Drew's life, Dave has been more than an uncle - he has been a father figure, best friend and defines what a best man is. Dave has always been a support system for Drew and whenever Drew needs advice or help, Dave is always a phone call away. Dave currently lives in Lantana, Florida with his fiancee Jackie where Drew holds many fond memories . Dave is known for showing his guests a good time, including boat rides, parties, airplane rides and trips to the Key Lime House.

Jake Campbell

Drew first met Jake in first period english class freshmen year of high school, when Jake was the new kid in town. Jake was shy, but Drew's friendly chatter wore Jake down eventually. They quickly became very close friends and have many fond memories playing video games and hockey together in high school. Not only teammates, they were study buddies as well, making daily McDonald's Drive Thru runs during Study Hall. Drew and Jake continue to enjoy playing hockey together, while also watching Bruins games at Buffalo Wild Wings and pissing their money away playing Keno. Drew had the honor of being Jake's best man at his wedding in 2021, where he married Colleen (Cindy) who has also been a close friend to Drew for many, many years. Jake and Colleen currently live in Norwell with their dog, Leni, where Jake serves as a police officer and Colleen works as a nurse in Boston. Drew and Shannon have enjoyed many 99 outings with Jake and Colleen.

Joe Carroll

Drew has known Joe since Kindergarten. Joe grew up in the neighborhood across the street from Drew, where Drew would spend many hours playing street hockey with the two of them. Drew has always been able to rely on Joe, knowing that Joe will answer the call no matter the time of day. Over the years, Drew and Joe have spent countless hours watching WWE Monday Night Raw and attending many WWE events in person. As they matured, Drew and Joe became each others' wingmen and would frequent The Harp in Boston during their single years. Joe currently works at National Grid and lives in Hanover, maintaining a close relationship with his parents, aunt and cousin who all live nearby.

Ed Fitzmaurice

Drew is honored to have his cousin Eddie in the wedding party. Growing up together, Drew and Eddie shared many memorable times with their sisters Emily and Jackie. Summers on the Vineyard were a particularly special time for them, with days spent on south beach and nightly visits to Dairy Queen. "Driftwood" was one of Drew's favorite childhood games. Drew always looked up to cousin Eddie and knows that his childhood wouldn't have been the same without him. In their adult life, they have shared many fun trips to New York City. Bar hopping on St. Patrick's Day and celebrating Ed's bachelor party are some of Drew's favorite memories in the big apple. Ed currently lives in Maryland with his wife, Gabby and their two beautiful children. Shannon and Drew always look forward to when Eddie and Gabby are in town for family events and look forward to future cousin trips together!

Drew had the honor of meeting Corey on a very memorable Easter Sunday in high school when his cousin Jackie brought him home to meet the family. From that day on, Drew and Corey shared a bond like no other. Drew holds the honor of being responsible for Corey and Jackie staying together and Corey is by far Drew's favorite guy that Jackie ever introduced to him. Drew and Corey have shared many fun times together at Notre Dame, including football games and Winter Classic events. Drew had the honor of being a groomsman in Jackie and Corey's wedding in St. John in 2016. Corey and Jackie currently split their time between Indiana, Boston and St. Thomas with their two beautiful children Ryan and Wade. Drew and Shannon always look forward to Corey and Jackie's visits home to Boston where a good time is always a guarantee.

On Shannon and Drew's first date, Shannon's nerves were heightened due to the fact that her younger brother, Bud, was sitting across from them at the TK's bar with one of his buddies. Drew was granted the privilege of formally meeting Bud a few weeks later for a night of takeout and games at Eric's house. Drew and Bud hit it off right away. Much to Shannon's delight, Drew and Bud share many common interests including sports, sports betting, video games, and late night cocktails. Drew has happily joined in on the Hendrickson family traditions including trips to Cape Cod, forced family fun at the Beach House and many holiday celebrations. Shannon has always been fortunate to have a supportive, caring and funny younger brother in Bud and now Drew has the privilege of calling Bud a brother as well. Drew had the honor of being a groomsman in Bud's wedding in November of 2023, where he married the love of his life, Ellie. Ellie always brings the fun whenever this group gets together! Bud and Ellie currently live in Quincy with their craisin' old cat, KK. Bud works for Eric at the W.A. Hendrickson Company and Ellie works as an addiction counselor. Shannon and Drew feel incredibly fortunate to call these two siblings!

Pat Callis

Drew first met Shannon's cousin Pat early on in their relationship on the outdoor deck at TKs. Pat has always been a big brother to Shannon and it was incredibly important for her to introduce Drew to Pat. Drew immediately understood their bond, and Pat quickly became a brother figure to Drew as well. Pat has always been a role model and support system for Shannon, while also serving as a pesky older brother who can humble her quickly with his witty jokes and snarky jabs. Drew and Pat share a love of Boston sports, Entourage, bad comedy movies and teasing the Hendrickson siblings for being nerds. Pat currently lives in Scituate with his incredibly patient wife, Steph, their fur baby Miley and their two beautiful boys Charlie and Michael. Shannon and Drew became an official couple the day Charlie was born, so their relationship is as always as old as Charlie!

Wynn Burson Cateron

Wynn has been a dear friend to Shannon since 2008. Wynn was a major factor in New York City feeling like home for Shannon when he graciously hosted weekly Wednesday dinners with Grandpa Harold, Anna and Kate. While Shannon and Wynn have many differences, they are bonded by their passion for taking care of those they love (pairs well with their love of Decoy red wine). Wynn is a dedicated and loyal friend who will go above and beyond to support his loved ones. He is an excellent dancer and they also share a love for dive bars, Mariah Carey and Abba. Shannon and Wynn also share an interest in the entertainment industry, often seeing new movies together and loyally watching Law and Order: Special Victims Unit. Wynn is an excellent entertainer and has hosted many wonderful weekend getaways at his Hamptons home. Shannon holds many fond memories with Wynn and his husband, Steven, of course filled with copious amounts of red wine and Cher's stellar version of "SOS." Wynn and Steven were married in on New Year's Eve of 2020 and they currently work in fashion and live in Soho with their beautiful pup, Guy. Shannon knew she wanted Wynn to officiate her wedding because of their strong bond and Wynn's impeccable way with words. Shannon was thrilled to introduce Wynn and Drew in the summer of 2023 and we look forward to having Wynn be an integral part of our special day!

Chandler Pastrami

Chandler, or Boodoo, is the beloved fur baby of Shannon and Drew. Unfortunately, he is unable to attend the wedding services but he will be nervously awaiting the return of his Mom and Dad. Chandler was adopted in May of 2022 and picking him up from an 18 wheeler behind a Chinese Food restaurant in Rhode Island is one of Shannon and Drew's fondest memories. Chandler is a total whack job who loves his chicken bone treats, chasing birdies, and of course snuggles. He is the absolute best and Shannon and Drew cannot imagine life without hims!
