When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:15 PM to provide time to find parking and seating at the ceremony site.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered through Zola's all-in-one registry, which includes items from Amazon and Crate and Barrel. You can find it under our “Registry” tab.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate guests listed on your personal invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please use the "Travel" tab to find discounts on hotels near Creekside Event Center and the Colorado Springs Airport. Use the special link to receive a discount!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP, there will be a section for you to let us know of any dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Creekside Event Center is a church and has over 100 parking spots available for our guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation to and from the venue. We recommend finding accommodations near the venue and using ride share services like Uber and Lyft.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our theme is 'winter garden' so feel free to get a little creative with your attire. We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Darker shades and prints are appropriate! To all my girlies... we don't get to dress up that often, SO please wear that pretty dress, if that's your jam <3 The ceremony and reception will be inside for the duration of the event; however, Colorado will be cold with a historical temperature of 30 degrees. We would recommend bringing a winter coat.

Is there a theme and what colors will be used?

Answer

Our theme is winter garden and our colors are mauve, pinks and greens. You can absolutely wear these colors :)

Question

I was asked by the couple to wear my military uniform, will I be required to wear that all night?

Answer

No, feel free to change into what is most comfortable, keeping the dress code in mind.
