I have found the one whom my soul loves

Katie and Ryan met in 2017 when they both worked for DaVita. While Katie caught Ryan's eye early on, their respective positions in the company led Ryan to believe that asking Katie out and pursuing a relationship would be a "conflict of interest," so they remained just close friends. Luckily, Katie's role at DaVita was eliminated in 2018 and she found a new job in Nashville in early 2019. She wasted no time and asked Ryan if he would take her out to dinner the day she moved to Nashville to give her a pep talk in prep for her new job. Ryan of course said yes. A few weeks later he then asked her out on their first official date to a Sounds game, in which she replied "finally!" And the rest is history.
