What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Attire is semi-formal. We want our guests to be comfortable in heat of the June summer sun, but also look their best!

When can guests arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 20 minutes to 30 minutes before Ceremony start time to find a seat in the barn.

Where is the barn located at Wilsonville Park?

Answer

It is located south of Murase Plaza Park, and north of the Disc Golf Course. There is short path from the parking lot by Murase Plaza Park.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have a Mississippi Southern Barbecue buffet from 5:30pm to 7pm, with meat, and vegetarian options.

What can guests do after ceremony and before the reception?

Answer

There will be an hour and a half break from 4pm to 5:30pm. Guests can mingle, have a drink and appetizers. Little ones can go play at park next to the barn.

Can guest make song requests?

Answer

Yes, we want our guests to enjoy the party and make great memories. After dessert, there will be a portion of the evening where dance floor will be open to suggestions.

Is there a parking fee?

Answer

No fee at all!

Are children welcome?

Yes, everyone in your immediate family is welcome to come.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have a professional photographer, and we would like everyone to pay full attention to her and her portraits. The photographer asks that guest photography is done at a separate time.

Can I use my phone during Ceremony?

Answer

We ask all guests to silence their phones and be in the moment with the couple.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The event is mostly inside the barn with the exception of catering outside.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The invitation addressed will outline who is invited. We have planned the event according to guest count and our venue has a limited capacity.
