Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love our children, and yours too! But we'd like to give you the night off, and host a children-free wedding! Though our children will be in the wedding party, they'll be leaving after they have dinner with us all.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Saturday, May 17th 2025.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is a fairly big parking lot at the ceremony/reception location! You are allowed to leave your vehicle over night and it must be picked up before 2 PM the following day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We have a shuttle in place, with East Ferris Bus Lines. Pick up from North Bay to Woodbridge Acres. Best Western on Lakeshore @ 12:45 PM Terrace Suites in Callander @ 1:05 PM Pick up from Woodbridge Aces to Callander/North Bay will be at 9:45 PM and 12:00 AM.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend any of the hotels on Lakeshore Drive to insure you are close to the wedding location, such as: The Comfort Inn, The Days Inn and Best Western. Or Terrace Suites in Callander, 10 minutes from the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 2:00 PM, I suggest arriving 25-35 minutes early to settle in!

Is there a dress code?

Yes!!! Formal attire!
