What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is bay front and outdoors. Cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Question

Will transportation be provided to the wedding venue?

Answer

There is a short, paved walking path from the entrance to the ceremony site. A shuttle bus is available free of charge to transport guests to the ceremony site upon arrival if you choose.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There is an open bar with liquor, wine, beer, and 2 signature drinks. This is not a cash bar, however there will be a tip jar for the bartender. Non-alcoholic options include soda, water, tea and lemonade. Please be aware outside beverages are strictly prohibited by the venue.

Unfortunately, there are no children allowed.

Can I take video/photography at the ceremony?

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony. Phones, cameras, and mobile devices will not be allowed. During the reception, feel free to take photos and videos
