Our story began on May 25, 2021, when a simple right swipe on Hinge changed our lives forever. Drawn to each other by a shared sense of adventure and a deep, mutual faith, our connection was instantaneous. Our first date on June 1, 2021, set the stage for a relationship filled with spontaneity and joy. Instead of the usual dinner or coffee, we opted for something more unconventional yet magical: pizza for breakfast while watching the sunrise at the beach. The soft glow of dawn over the ocean was the perfect backdrop for our growing love, and from that moment, we became inseparable. Over the years, our bond has grown stronger through shared passions and countless adventures. Whether we’re curled up on the couch for a movie marathon, competing in our favorite video games, or exploring the great outdoors through camping and hiking, our time together is always cherished. Weekends often find us at local breweries and wineries, savoring new flavors and making memories with every sip. But above all, it's our faith that anchors our relationship, guiding us through both joyous and challenging times. On March 18, 2023, Mitchell decided it was time to take the next step. He chose the picturesque Mount Palomar Winery for his proposal, a place that holds special significance for both of us. With the vineyard stretching out under the golden sun, he asked me to be his partner for life. My enthusiastic “yes” was followed by another surprise—an engagement party at Calloway Winery, surrounded by our families and closest friends, turning the joyous moment into an unforgettable celebration. As we prepare to say our vows on May 25, 2025, exactly four years after we first matched, we are filled with excitement and gratitude.
