We're Simply Meant to Be

We met at the dragstrip! I was invited to the dragstrip by Stephanie and TJ Gainey and had just come off a 48 hour shift but decided to go anyways. Prior to the race I went for a ride on the golf cart with Steph and TJ so they could go see their friend Chad. Once we got up to the front and I saw him, I immediately felt my heart leap out of my chest. I told Steph that I thought he was cute and of course, TJ told him right then and embarrassed me! After we went back down to the RV, I told TJ I wanted his number and he went to get it for me. That day they had a ladies race that was free entry so I entered it because it meant coming to the starting line and being closer to him. He flirted every time I came up and was so sweet when he was helping me get lined up to race. We started talking that night and officially started dating by the end of that day!
