Question

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle will be leaving from the Saratoga Hilton hotel, and will bring you to the Saratoga Winery. When the reception over, the shuttle will be driving to the after party at the Saratoga City Tavern. For those not attending the after party, the City Tavern is in the center of town in Saratoga, and just a few blocks to the Saratoga Hilton.

Can I drive to and park at the venue?

Answer

Yes - if you are not taking the shuttle, the venue is only about a 10 minute drive from downtown Saratoga. There is plenty of parking, and you can even leave your car there overnight if you end up having a little too much fun.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a limited number of room blocks at the Saratoga Hilton (book through: https://book.passkey.com/go/FieldWagnerWeddingBlock). While we do recommend staying at this hotel, since this is where the shuttle will be picking guests up, there are several other hotel and Airbnb options in the center of town.

While we love your children, this wedding is an adult only affair. We hope you understand!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we plan on having the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors. Dinner and dancing will be hosted indoors, but there will still be cornhole, seating, and fire pits outside.
