At 9:00 am, the shuttle will depart from The Crescent Hotel and transport participating guests to the Riverview Country Store. The shuttle will return guests to The Crescent immediately following the float (estimated 2:00 pm). All guests will be required to sign waivers at the country store prior to beginning the float. You may also drive yourself or carpool if you prefer! If so, you can go directly to the country store and will be directed to designated parking.
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
For Women: Colorful summer dresses, rompers, or jumpsuits. For Men: Button downs or polos with chinos / slacks suggested. No jeans or shorts please. We suggest wearing / bringing comfortable shoes as the rehearsal dinner will be held at the top of one of the farm’s pastures! You may also want light sweater or jacket in case it gets cooler in the evening.
**By Invitation Only** Dinner and drinks will be served. At 4:30 pm, the provided shuttle will depart The Crescent Hotel for the Claxton’s farm. After drop-off, the same shuttle will return to The Crescent for a second trip, departing again at approximately 5:30 pm. You may also drive yourself to the Claxton’s farm and there will be plenty of space for parking. The shuttle will be running throughout the night to return guests to their destinations around town.
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Come and join us for drinks and lite bites at the farm to get the wedding weekend started! At 6:15 pm, the provided shuttle will depart The Crescent Hotel for the Claxton’s farm. After drop-off, the same shuttle will return to The Crescent for a second trip, departing again at approximately 7:15 pm. You may also drive yourself to the Claxton’s farm and there will be plenty of space for parking. The shuttle will be running throughout the night to return guests to their destinations around town.

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses or LBDs and suits or dark jacket/blazer with slacks.
At 4:00 pm sharp, shuttles will be transporting guests from The Crescent Hotel to Thorncrown Chapel for the ceremony. Please be on time for pickup and ready to board shuttles prior to 4:00 pm. Shuttles will return to The Crescent for a second trip, departing again at 4:30 pm. Parking is available if you prefer to drive yourself (note: entry to the chapel will not be permitted prior to 4:30 pm).
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Immediately following the wedding ceremony, guests will be shuttled back to The Crescent Hotel for cocktail hour on the East Lawn.
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses or LBDs and suits or dark jacket/blazer with slacks.
A shuttle will be running from The Crescent throughout the night, transporting guests to their destinations around town.
8:00 am - 10:00 am
This will be a come-and-go buffet style meal held in The Crescent Conservatory room. Come join us for some food and drink and say goodbye before you head back home!
