How will I get to each of the wedding events?

Answer

If you are staying with us at the Swan Reserve, the Swan, or the Dolphin, everything will be within walking distance. A map of the property is linked under the travel tab. It should take no more than 10 minutes to get anywhere on the property. If you decide to stay at a different hotel, you will need to inquire at your hotel the best way to get to the property.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We respectfully request that guests be mindful that we have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the ceremony. We invite you to relax, enjoy the moment and we'll gladly share these images with you after the celebration. We welcome you to take as many photos as desired during the rest of the wedding, which can be uploaded to our digital shared photo album via available QR codes.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors while the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors. Florida weather can be unpredictable so be sure to check the weather and dress accordingly. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at an indoor location.

Is there on-site parking?

Answer

Guests staying on the property will already be parked at their respective resorts. If you will only be joining us for the day, please park at the Swan Reserve and hotel employees will guide you to the ceremony. Please give yourself 10 minutes to walk from the Swan Reserve to the ceremony.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm so make sure you arrive as early as possible so that you can find a seat and get settled. Please find one of our four ushers to help you get the best view! Pro Tip: Be sure to give yourself 10 minutes to walk to the ceremony location.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

They don't call it the sunshine state for nothing. In early March, the temperature typically ranges from 58-75 degrees. Please be sure to check the weather closer to the event and come prepared for anything. Also note pollen levels will be moderate-high.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! While the drinks are on us, the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please make a note of this when you RSVP. We will then let the chef know and he can make adjustments.
