We’re getting married!

It seems in the modern era that we live in, the story of meetings between a soul and another are becoming more and more unique and interesting. Ours however, was all of that and some, since we met online on an app searching for love. Yet even through these means, the Lord placed us on each others radars, and so through his providential will, we met.

Sara was immediately unsure about Felix, having noticed that his location and home was nowhere near her own settlement, she left him without a response for 4 days. It was until she could not help but be drawn to him by curiosity, that she went ahead and spoke to him to find out who he was. Felix was immediately blown away by her beauty, and was pleasantly surprised to find her respond!

Months have gone by of talking and falling in love (though neither of them had said it yet) we knew seeing each other for the first time had to happen sooner or later.. but when? After booking a flight to Glasgow, Scotland for New Years Eve, Felix found himself in a new country to start the new year. To shake off much of his nerves while waiting for Sara to arrive at the airport, he sits down at a starbucks watching Magnus Carlsen playing chess. Until, in a moments time, he feels a sudden cold rush come upon his eyes, immediately seeing nothing but darkness while also hearing low sounds of giggling in the background. He gets up and turns around and sees, to him is the most beautiful sight.

It was that Sunday, that summer where their future was coming alive. Sara began attending a church in Glasgow (The Tron Church) for quite some time now and had been so overwhelmed with joy because of it! Felix, hearing much about it (For he told Sara about the church) began to prepare for a whole summer's trip to Scotland to spend time with Sara, her family and friends. It was that first Sunday where Felix met one of the ministers, who then gave him more information about the apprenticeship program at The Tron. After acceptance into the program with the church, their future started to become more and more clear that Glasgow, Scotland would soon become home. Not only was Felix preparing for the ministry, but also planning to officially propose to Sara.
