This is the sister hotel to the Santa Clara. It is directly across the street. The benefit of this hotel is that the rooms are bigger and more cost effective. While staying here you can still take advantage of the included breakfast offered at the Sofitel and all of their amenities. Movich Cartagena De Indias

This is where we will be having our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. It's not far from the Sofitel, either. We suggest taking a horse drawn carriage rather than walking to the Sofitel on the day of the wedding. We have a wedding room block at the Movich as well. This one is for our younger crowd that loves a good margarita on a rooftop ;) This hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the Sofitel.

Flight

Flight Information

CTG is the only airport to fly into. It is a small airport and your taxi ride will be 10-15 minutes to the Sofitel or anywhere within the "walled city." Typically, the best fares are about 120-150 days prior to the date. Nonetheless, we advise everyone to research flights on google flights or Hopper and set an alert for prices of your preferred route. You can expect flights to be anywhere from $350-$600. The only nonstop flight into CTG is on JetBlue from New York (JFK). Otherwise, most flights will layover in Florida.

Taxi Information

There is a Taxi stand inside of baggage claim at the CTG Airport. It is easy and safe to hire a taxi here. You simply tell the attendant your destination and they print you a receipt with the zone of your destination and the fixed price of the trip. You take this outside to the cue of taxis and take the next available car. The drive to the Old/Walled City, if you are staying there, should be about a 10 - 15 min drive and cost approximately 15,000 Pesos (around $5 USD)

You need a valid passport. You do NOT need a tourist Visa. Make sure your passport is valid 6 months POST travel, or they will not let you get on the plane.
