We will not be sending an additional wedding invitation, but the good news is you've found us! We are going to manage the RSVP process through this website.
We are attempting a mostly younger kid free event. To accommodate this, we will have a space onsite where the littler ones can hangout, and we are planning to provide childcare within that space (if there is demand). We are also planning an alternative middle-aged kid event with supervision to watch a movie during the wedding day happy hour and dinner. If this arrangement does not work for your family, let's talk about it!
Denver International Airport has the most flight options and is about 2.5 hours by car to Buena Vista. Colorado Springs has some additional flights and is about a 2 hour drive to Buena Vista. There is also a daily bus running between Union Station in Denver and downtown Buena Vista (Crested Butte to Denver). More information about the bus line can be found here: https://ridebustang.com/outrider/routes-maps/#crested_butte_denver Finally, we think we will an idea about other's travel plans. If you're flying into DIA or COS and looking for a ride or to split a car rental, let us know and we can help with pairing.
We are are generally having a less formal event (plus this is a mountain town). We're picturing fun spring dresses and open collars. The weather may be unpredictable in May - so bring a jacket or wrap! The wedding will also be outside, so block heels might be more comfortable!
