We're getting married!!!

March 19, 2018, a day that will live in our hearts forever. Deets survived a long day in court and stopped by his favorite restaurant on the way home, the Cherry Creek Grill. It happened to be the first night of March Madness that year. There was only one chair left at the bar and he seized it. To his immediate left were two ladies chatting and eating. One of them left for another appointment, and the "other" stayed behind to finish her meal. Deets happened to notice that "she" was watching college basketball on the TV. Deets summoned up the courage to break the ice, and said "Are You a Fan?" Fatima, as is her usual, jumped right into a story about basketball and why she loved tournament time!! Fatima and Deets talked for over two hours, and the game was on!!! Fatima had only just before this evening decided to remain in Denver rather than move back to New York. Deets suggested he might be able to help her network and build her consulting business. The next morning Fatima emailed Deets and suggested a "meeting" to discuss networking. Deets took her up on that offer and arranged a romantic business dinner one week later. Within a few weeks, they drove together to Albuquerque, held hands the whole 6-hour drive, and have never really quit holding hands since! We are thrilled to celebrate our lifetime commitment in your presence, and with your blessing.
