WHEN DOES THE CEREMONY START ON SATURDAY?

Answer

We're asking friends & family to gather at the ceremony site beginning at 3:30pm on Saturday. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

We have chosen to include ONLY the children within our families. While we adore all of our friend's children, we ask that our parental friends attend this weekend without their little ones. We hope that the advance notice means you are still able to attend.

IS THE PROPERTY DOG FRIENDLY?

Answer

Due to the fact that The Ranch at Stoney Creek is a working farm, there is a firm “not pets allowed” policy. For those of you who know our bride well, she's very sad that Bentley won't be present for the nuptials.

IS THERE ANYWHERE TO STAY ON THE PROPERTY?

Answer

CALLING ALL CAMPERS -- The Ranch at Stoney Creek has a campground that will accommodate 80 guests!! You can bring your own tent and sleeping gear, rent a Bare Bones tent from the venue with cots (for an additional fee) or bring a trailer up to 26' or a motorhome up to 30'. RSC does NOT have hookups, but there are 2 restrooms and 2 outdoor showers available for campers.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CAMP?

Answer

The cost is $30 per person PER NIGHT and includes a Continental Breakfast. Guests will Venmo the bride directly, once we get closer to the wedding weekend.

IS SMOKING (OF ANY KIND) ALLOWED ON SITE?

Answer

For the safety of all our guests and the threat of fires, smoking is taken very seriously at The Ranch. All smoking must be contained in the designated smoking area (circular stone driveway in front of the red barns - THE AREA WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED). Smoking in any other areas at The Ranch is strictly forbidden. Anyone found walking around smoking, smoking in any buildings or outside of the designated area will cause the newlyweds to incur a $500 fine.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

Answer

Prepare for the lingering summer heat! Highs could approach 90 degrees and lows will be in the mid-60's. We encourage you to dress for summer and bring layers for comfort as the sun fades into night!

WHAT TYPE OF SHOES SHOULD I BRING?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place on the grass. Dancing will happen on a concrete pad. Other meals will take place on the patio which is a slight incline on the property. The camping area is level dirt. Pointy heels might be best kept at home!

WHAT IS THE BATHROOM SITUATION?

Answer

There are two bathrooms available at all times to campers. In addition, we've rented a trailer that has multiple indoor, climatized rooms with music and vanity sinks - just like at home!

ARE THERE SHOWERS ON SITE?

Answer

Yes, there are two outdoor shower stalls on site available for the campers. In addition, there are a few indoor bathrooms with showers that can be made available at scheduled times. The winery next door will also have two showers available throughout the weekend.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I BRING FOR CAMPING?

Answer

We encourage you to bring a cooler for whatever drinks and snacks you might want throughout the weekend. There will be plenty of food and water stations set up all weekend long. Make sure to bring a headlamp & portable phone chargers. Bring anything you need to feel comfortable camping, stay hydrated and definitely your dancing shoes!

WHAT ABOUT COVID?

Answer

Fortunately all of our wedding events will take place outside. Please monitor the symptoms of yourself and loved ones leading up to the event. We will all do what we can to ensure the health and safety of each other.
