We suggest flying into San Jose International Airport (SJC; 30 minutes from Santa Cruz). Though, depending on where you are located, it may be easier to fly into San Francisco International Airport (SFO; 1hr from Santa Cruz). Uber and Lyft are fairly straightforward at both airports. In an effort to help reduce the financial burden of traveling, we will request flight numbers so that folks who are arriving at similar times can carpool together.

Known for its beaches, surfing, and the infamous Beach Boardwalk amusement park, Santa Cruz is a tourist town. As such, there are many options for accommodations. Airbnb has a great selection. However, we understand that some folks prefer a hotel or resort. Please see below for vetted recommendations:
