What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you start arriving at 11am to ensure everyone can be seated in ample time. The Ceremony will begin promptly at 11:30am. We've coordinated transportation to get to/from the wedding for Guests staying at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are keeping our wedding intimate to ensure we spend time with those closest to us. Please refer to the names listed on your invitation envelope and refrain from bringing a plus one otherwise.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes - there is transportation provided to/from the wedding for Guests staying at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Refer to our Hotel page for information on our Room Block. Our initial block rate sold out, but we've added more rooms. Please book by 5/18 or else they will be released. If you book after this date, please let Caroline/Alex know so we may give you additional details. There will be transportation to/from the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel!

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, complimentary valet parking is available at The Grandview.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors on the patio overlooking the Hudson River (weather pending). Cocktail Hour and the Reception will be indoors, however the patio is still accessible and we encourage you to take in the Hudson River views!

Are you registered? Where?

We’ve compiled our registry list on Zola so you don’t need to find multiple registry sites. You may purchase from another vendor or from Zola. Just be sure to come back to mark that you’ve purchased it or let Caroline know!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we are are not allowing children except for those in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style! Thank you for understanding.

What if I got my Save the Date and I know I cannot make it?

We’re sad to hear that you cannot make our wedding. Please let Caroline or Alex know as soon as you can. Thanks!
