Adam's sister and Eve had been high school friends but Adam and she had never met. When Eve received an invite to the wedding reception, she felt God telling her she needed to go. As the day approached, she became less inclined to go but kept feeling like she needed to be there. She finally made it to the last 15 minutes of the reception! Adam, on the other hand, as a brother to the bride, was there from the beginning. However, he was planning on leaving early but kept feeling prompted to stay longer - and eventually stayed long enough to meet Eve! We connected in those last 15 minutes and have been inseparable since.

Eve: “I had a dream a few nights before the proposal that there was something significant with Adam that I would know by Tuesday. In the dream, he kept saying ‘You’ll know by Tuesday’ with his little hum and mischievous look that has me to know he is cooking up something for me. When I told him about my dream, he took a moment and then was like, ‘Yep! You’ll know by Tuesday!’” So, on March 12th, 2019, exactly 2 months after we met (yes, it was a Tuesday), we went back to where it all began. When we ended up at the place we first met (at the same time we met – yes, Adam planned that), Eve wrote, “I had an inkling that maybe he was going to propose - but as it was our special day of celebrating love, I couldn’t be too sure. He does romantic things like this regularly - which I really like (but of course, which keeps me guessing - which, I admit, I really like, too).” Back when we first met, we were interrupted in our first dance. So, Adam told Eve he wanted to finish the dance. We ended up dancing to that song plus many others that are important to us. As the music continued, Adam took Eve over to the fire pit where he helped her jump from log to log. As she jumped, the logs became benches and the scene became the one from “The Sound of Music” when they’re dancing in the gazebo. It was very symbolic and beautiful for both of us. It was as if we were starting a new journey at this point from the beginning. Adam then took Eve to the center of the fire pit (a significant symbol to us) and pulls out the ring. Eve: “I’m all giddy and excited – what’s he going to say/do now? He’s really doing this!” Adam: “So it was there standing in that fire pit that I told her I loved having the experiences with her over the past two months and I wanted to continue having this – experiences moving forward and forever if she would choose to be my eternal companion.” So romantic and heartfelt! Eve accepted of course and they are both very, very happy!

Adam: "And what I know is this that she will continue to be who she is and the person that I desire most and choose to be with not just for life but for Eternia as well! And it is not just the caught feelings of yeah this is amazing and new. This is a thawed out overcome feeling and thought process of this woman is so good and kind and loving and caring and forgiving and willing to do what it takes to make this relationship work that I have no doubts she is the right choice to place my number one association with!" Eve: "I feel so full of love for Adam. I just feel so happy and loved and know this is the man I want to dance with for the rest of my life - for eternity. He is the one! This dream of a life - of a life with Adam - a life of love and continual growth and happiness is becoming more and more real everyday! I’m a very happy woman."
