FAQs

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to the bride at 979-665-2760.
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45pm as access to ceremony seating will close at 4:55pm. If you arrive after this time, you may view the ceremony from the patio area of the reception hall. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there is not a strict dress code, we encourage guests to wear Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire. We also welcome you to join the bridal party in enhancing the wedding theme by dressing in spring colors, especially greens, pinks, and, purples. Your comfort is important to us, however we ask no jeans.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by cocktail hour on the patio. The reception will be held inside Stonebrook Hall. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside the reception hall.

Question

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be open seating, so sit where you please. A few reserved tables in the reception hall will be signed to ensure seating for the bridal party and immediate family. We hope our reception will be full of dancing so we encourage you to move and mingle!

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on site with easy access to the venue. Handicapped parking is available for guest convenience. If you require special assistance, please feel free to notify us.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will serve an assortment of beers and wines, as well as two signature cocktails chosen by the bride and groom.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love your little ones and hope to celebrate with them. Prior to 9:00pm, reception music will be family-friendly. However, the later part of the evening will include music and dancing catered more to our adult guests. While children will not be asked to leave at 9:00, it is important to us that families are aware music may include adult content and language.

Question

Will I be granted access if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

To provide accurate guest counts to all venders and coordinators, we ask that you please RSVP by February 16, 2025. However, we do understand oversights and mistakes happen. If you do not RSVP by February 16th but would still like to attend, please reach out to the mother of the bride, April Evans, at 409-659-7840 or the maid of honor, Sophia Evans, at 409-659-1489 as soon as possible. They will do their best to accommodate.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gifts to?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is celebrating our special day with our friends and family! However, if you are looking for gift ideas, we have a small Amazon registry and a honeymoon donation fund that can be accessed through the registry tab.

For all the days along the way
