Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport lasting May 15th-18th. Additionally there are on site accommodations at Gervasi, however they require a two night stay during the Spring.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and ceremony?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle will be running from 2pm-5pm and 9-12pm to take guests to and from Gervasi and the Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Guest entry to the ceremony space will begin at 3:30. Those who take an earlier shuttle can enjoy the beautiful grounds of the winery or stop by one of the restaurants for food, drinks, or coffee if they choose.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot right in front of the Villa Grande.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress is cocktail/formal attire! We’d love to see everyone looking their best

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 12th. This is when our final numbers are due so any responses after we will not be able to account for.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we’re only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invite.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love everyone’s kids we’ve decided to keep this an adults only event.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is more than enough! For those who would still like to give a gift, we have a registry with Honeyfund for some fun activities on our honeymoon.
