Evan and Sophia went on their first date on May 6th 2023.  Sophia was living in Jordan, Mn at the time and Evan was living in Oakdale, MN.  While dating Sophia passed her boards to become a registered Dietitian. She then took a job in at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. In the meantime Evan was working at KLJ Engineering in the Transportation group. They got engaged on July 7th, 2024  at Interstate State Park.  Assuming no one chickens out they will be married September 19th, 2025. Hopefully you all can be there to celebrate this joyous day.
