For-out-of-town guess, there are a few options for Lodging. One is to stay in the city of Knoxville (35 min to Venue) where there is more action and things to do (i.e. bars, restaurants, etc.).
Another option would be staying closer to the venue in Dandridge/Jefferson City which is much more rural.
In addition, there are TONS of cabins and airbnb's in the Jefferson City/Dandridge/Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area if that is more your style!
