Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided from the Hilton West and Main Hotel and the Philadelphia Marriott West to the reception and back to the hotels. After the reception shuttles will be running a loop between the after party and hotels.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary valet parking is available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to St. Mathews no later than 12:45 PM

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The reception will be formal attire. Women can wear a full-length gown, cocktail dress, or dressy pantsuit. Men should wear a suit and tie.

Do you have transportation to the Mass at St. Mathews Church?

Answer

No. All hotels are close to the church. Limited parking is available in the lot behind St. Mathews. Street parking is also available, but minimal. There is a parking deck located at 1st Ave, Conshohocken, PA across from Southern Cross Kitchen.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love kids! Unfortunately, we can't accommodate children at the reception. We have limited availability for child care at the Merion Cricket Club. This will be on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in child care, please contact Erin (571-214-6474).

When does the reception start after Mass?

Answer

The wedding Mass should end about 2:00 PM. We will have a short gap to allow guests to park their cars at the hotel, check in hotels and take transportation which is provided. I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request for my meal at the wedding reception?

Answer

The venue can accommodate most common allergies. A waiter will confirm your order at the table, and you can inform them of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Can I take pictures during the Mass?

Answer

Please try to keep all devices turned off during the Mass, which will allow our photographer to get the best pictures. Thank you!

Where can I park at the church?

Answer

St. Mathews church has a teachers parking on Harry Street right across from the rectory parking lot. In the event that that lot is full Two Tower Bridge Parking Garage has free parking on weekends.
