Question

How/when should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP on this website or reach out to Josie and Ethan. We kindly ask you to RSVP by July 31st.

Question

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?

Answer

We understand things come up. Just notify us right away so we can make changes.

Question

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding will be at Leal Vineyards and Winery. The address is 300 Maranatha Dr, Hollister, CA 95023. There are multiple wedding venues on the property so keep an eye out for the Olea space or Heacox wedding.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

While the wedding ceremony starts at 3 pm, we recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes or so before the ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Wear something you’re comfortable in—button-up shirts, long flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy. We are asking guests to avoid wearing white or a white wedding dress :)

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are four hotels located near the venue. You can find more information on the "Travel" tab of our wedding website.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be outdoors.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Since we have big extended families, we’ve chosen to limit our guest list to eighteen-year-olds and over, and we hope you understand.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to take as many photos as they'd like.

Question

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is a gift to us! But should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
