Question

Am I invited to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to limited space, our ceremony will be closest friends and immediate family only. If you received a ceremony card in your invitation, you are invited to attend both the ceremony and the reception. If you did not receive a ceremony card, you are invited to celebrate with us at the reception at the time listed on the invitation!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 4th. You can do this by going to the RSVP tab on our website! If you have not RSVP'd by this date, we will mark you as "not attending".

What should I do if I can't make it to the wedding?

Answer

You will be missed! Please RSVP as "not attending" on the RSVP section of our website. If you have already RSVP'd as "attending", you can edit your response on the website or reach out to Cambree at 385-471-4428 and let her know. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin right at 4:00, so we recommend that guests arrive around 3:30. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will have to wait until it is over to enter, so please show up early!

What time should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

We recommend that guests attending the reception arrive at 5:00. This will give guests time to grab food and drinks before we begin first dances, speeches, etc. at 6:00!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our ceremony will be adults only, with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearer. Kids are welcome to the reception!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not registered anywhere. Your presence at our wedding is the most important gift to us, but if you would like to help us celebrate our marriage, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund. It can be found on the registry section of our website. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue, but it may be limited. There is a Front Runner stop right in front of the venue, so we highly recommend taking the Front Runner for those who are able to! There will be some street parking as well.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be indoors!

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! A casual dinner will be served from around 5:00-6:00 pm, during cocktail hour. There will be a food truck serving street tacos, which are gluten free. There will be a vegetarian option as well.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar serving beer and wine options. Non alcoholic options will be available as well.
