Where and when is the bus picking up?

The bus will be picking up at 2:45 PM at Marriott Grand Residence (1001 Heavenly Village Way). Due to circular driveway, the bus will be just across the street in the parking lot of Raley’s.

Cocktail Attire - Preferred suits for men and semi formal dresses for women. Please be advised dinner will be on a lakefront lawn, so stilettos/percarious shoes are not advised.

Will there be transporation?

We will have a bus to and from the hotel, Marriott Grand Residence (1001 Heavenly Village Way). The bus will depart the hotel at 2:45 PM and leave from Valhalla at 10 PM.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking on-site is limited to the hours of the wedding and 70 spaces. All cars must be out of the parking lot by 11pm. Cars can be left overnight OUTSIDE Valhalla Tahoe's green gate only. When you arrive for the wedding please pull up to the Green Gate and the Gate Attendant will open the gate for you.
