with both of us coming within one more bad date from deleting the Tinder app, on october 9th, 2021, we swiped right on each other. after we both overcame the anxiety of meeting someone in person for the first time, we had our first date on october 19th, 2021. after a year of splitting time between Maryland and Delaware, we made our home together in Delaware and have loved every moment since. then, in March 2023, we had a vacation to Tulum, Mexico which was an early birthday surprise for Damali from Heather and her sister, Jalian. while there, after swimming in a beautiful Mexican cenote, Heather proposed to Damali with her sister, Jalian, and close friend Daniel who captured the moment.
