Are you registered for gifts?

Answer

The most important thing is to have you with us on our special day. No gifts are needed or expected. We will have a box for cards at the reception.

What should I wear?

Answer

Resort Chic! Think about what you would wear to a fancy dinner on a resort or cruise. Keep in mind the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the beach, so we don't recommend heels, but that is entirely up to you. A couple of ideas for inspiration are tropical flowy dresses and comfortable lightweight fabrics. This is not a black-tie event, so you will be out of place in a tux, but it is a little fancier than your average dinner! Please no jeans or jean shorts.

How do I book?

It is important you use the link to our travel portal. We have a travel agent that will help you book everything and answer any of your travel related questions or issues. https://destinationweddingeeze.com/lisa-matthew/

What are the travel dates?

Answer

We recommend your travel is October 5th - October 10th. Matt and Lisa will likely arrive a day or two early and many guests may want to extend their stay. If you wish to extend your stay, please follow the instructions on the travel portal link to book through the travel agent.

Do I have to submit the full payment at the time of booking?

Answer

No. You will submit a deposit at the time of booking and final payment is due on May 22, 2024. The travel agent will send out a reminder email about a week before the final payment is due. You are welcome to make payments or pay off the balance at any time before the due date. If you would like to make a payment on a booking, please fill out a payment request form at https://destinationweddingeeze.com/katy-booking/

Question

How long does it take to hear back from the travel agent after submitting the booking form?

Answer

It should take 24 - 48 business hours for the travel agent to follow up with you. If you haven’t heard back in 48 hours please send her an email directly. katy@vacationeeze.com
