On October 15, 2016 one of my friends and I decided to attend a birthday party. The only problem was that we did not have a ride there. She mentioned that there was a friend who would be able to take us and go with us as well. She called her friend and when her friend pulled up it turned out to be Stevie. I got in the backseat looked in the rear view mirror at him and said “hi hello my name is Katie” and the rest is history.

I had just started my new job at Disneyland, and I wanted to use my free admission to spend the day at Disney. So, I planned a Disney day with Stevie, Vanessa, Isabella, and Kassandra. I didn’t notice at first, but Stevie was wearing a nice button up shirt and nice pants which should have been my first clue, but no. The day went on as we are having fun. When it became night time I was taken to the area behind the castle where Alice in Wonderland is and next thing I know Stevie is on one knee proposing. I thought it was a prank and could not believe it. It was no prank and it was the best day ever!
