What COVID precautions are you taking?

Answer

Upon arrival, guests will have their temperatures taken & sign a waiver. Masks are encouraged The workers at the venue will be wearing masks as well. For the ceremony: the seats will spaced out in small groups; feel free to arrange them as you are most comfortable. For example, families can groups their seats together. Also feel comfortable to practice social distancing as you please. The servers will be serving us the food options from the buffet line, to avoid multiple people coming in contact with the food. These workers will be wearing both masks and gloves.

Can you accommodate meals?

YES! Please let us know if you need a meal accommodation so we can let the caterer know! Mike & I will also be reaching out.

How will seating be organized for the Reception?

Answer

We have decided to reserve certain tables for the wedding party and parents, and will have open seating for the rest of our guests. We want to respect everyone's preference by allowing you to sit where you feel most comfortable. We also plan to get larger tables and seat fewer guests per table, and space the tables out a bit more.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive around 4:45 - 5:00 pm. Feel free to get there on time as you will get to have refreshments in the gardens amongst beautiful birds & an opportunity to mingle...safely of course!

How will we know where to go?

Answer

There will be signs posted throughout the venue to help direct you. The front of the venue is located to the left of the dirt parking lot; in a roundabout. Our day-off coordinator will help you throughout the wedding as well.

How are the bathrooms?

Answer

They are very beautiful, clean, and spacious stand-alone bathrooms. One handicap bathroom will also be available.

Are there children allowed?
