The dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your online RSVP. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!
We love your little ones - however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
There is ample parking available 24/7 in the 7th Street Garage. In addition, Hotel Covington's valet service is available on Friday and Saturday evenings at Madison North (charges may vary).
If you are late for the ceremony, that is totally fine! Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm, so we recommend arriving around 5pm so you have time to mingle, find a seat, and grab a program. At 5:30pm, the doors will be closed and you will be unable to attend the actual ceremony. This will be strictly enforced. You will still be allowed to attend the reception - we just want to minimize distractions. Luckily, our venue has an amazing assortment of beer and cocktails to sip on while you wait, so don't sweat it, hang out, and we'll see you at the cocktail hour! There will be an open bar complete with beer, wine, liquor, and specialty cocktails. Please note that The Madison will ask for ID from all attendees under the age of 40, so please be sure to bring valid ID with you to the wedding!
