How can I RSVP?
Answer
We will be sending out invitations and a QR code that will take you to our website for easy RSVPing. You can also access our RSVP through appropriate links on our website!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. so we recommend arriving at 2:00 - 2:30 p.m. to Oldfield as you will have to check in at the security gate, then drive and park at the Club House, and catch the Old Savannah Tours Trolley down to our venue. The parking at the Oldfield River Club is very limited so we ask that all guest park at the Oldfield Club House and then be transported down to the venue itself. The Trolleys will be available until after the reception ends to transport guests to and from their cars and the venue.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Black Tie optional attire. Something slightly less formal than black-tie is acceptable. So, a tuxedo isn't required, but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate. The choices are the same as with black-tie: a floor-length gown, a fancy mid - or tea length grown, or a dressy pantsuit for women; and tuxedo or formal dark suit with tie for men.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that no children are in attendance at the ceremony or reception, aside from the few children who have special roles in our special day. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Please RSVP no later than November 9, 2023, which is 30 days prior to our wedding day.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, the venue has accessible parking so feel free to drive your own vehicle to Oldfield. However, there will be transportation provided from the parking location (Oldfield Club House) to the venue at Oldfield River Club. Taxi services are also available for a safe way home at the end of the night.

Can I bring a date?

While we would LOVE for everyone to come celebrate with us, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. However, if there is any concern or question, please reach out to Ryan or Sammie in regards to plus ones. Thank you!:)
