The wedding is closest to Seminole, FL, which is 30 min south of Clearwater and 30 min northwest of St. Petersburg. 

Two airports: St. Pete-Clearwater, a small one 20 min Northeast of Seminole, and Tampa, a large one 40 min northeast of Seminole. Flights tend to be cheaper into and out of Tampa, but will require you to cross the bay. 

You can rent a car or use Uber/ Lyft. Both are popular here.
