One of the 3 beaches in Charleston and also home to the Windjammer (a great divey beach bar). IOP is about 10-15 minutes from Mt. Pleasant.

Truly a locals beach and 10-15 minutes from Mt. Pleasant.

Sullivan's Island

This is the most touristy of the Charleston beaches and offers the most dining/bar options right on the beach.
