Our journey began in February of 2020, just before the world changed with the arrival of COVID. Jess and I found ourselves blessed with lots of downtime during the "shutdown," which we turned into an abundance of cherished moments. Our days were spent adventuring outdoors and creating new memories that would bind us closer together. One of our cherished pastimes was driving around downtown, seeking out new adventures. Nearly a year into our love story, Jess relocated to EaDo, ushering in a chapter of exploring the city and becoming locals. Dreams of moving in together danced in our minds, yet fate had other plans. Jess' career path led to Memphis, necessitating a long-distance phase filled with months of flying to and fro. As the miles wore on our hearts, a longing for change grew. So, in a whirlwind of determination, Jessica sought a promotion that would allow her to move back to Houston. With hearts full of love, we embraced a new chapter, eagerly anticipating the adventures that would lie ahead. Then, on February 3rd, 2024, as we celebrated our 4th anniversary, Jess took a significant step and asked for forever, marking a beautiful new chapter in our love story. Today, as we stand on the precipice of forever, we are filled with gratitude for the love that has brought us here and excitement for the journey that awaits.
