Officient & Bridesmaid
To give someone the credit for this whole day, we have to turn to the matchmaking skills of Katrina! Without her, we would've never met and wouldn't be here to celebrate with you all. In her second role as bridesmaid, Katrina came into my life freshman year of college at UC Davis. As teammates spending 40+ hours a week together, we quickly realized our many similar interests: The San Francisco Giants (specifically B-Craw and Bum), Harry Potter, Taylor Swift, musicals, The Hunger Games, and so many more. We majored in the same thing to spend even more hours together in class and studying, and now we get to live in the same neighborhood in Santa Rosa. To say we come as a package duo would be an understatement (sorry Drew and Matt!).
Best Man
The closest thing I have to a brother, Trav (aka Chotchi) and I have been best friends since the first day we met at preschool. We quickly developed an unbreakable bond as we made our way through all levels of schooling together, including our last two years at UC Davis. You could write a novel about the experiences we've shared. Some of the most memorable came from our annual summer trips up to Lake Tahoe. These trips are a big part of why Tahoe is such a meaningful place for me. He's been my best man since year 1 and a huge reason I am who I am today.
Maid of Honor
Since 1992, Katie has been by my side. As a big sister, she has been my inspiration to try new things in life; from swimming to AP Photography, from awkwardly short haircuts to quoting every line of She's the Man, from fostering puppies to pursuing a love of outdoor adventures, she has been a friend and role model since she spoke for me in every home video. Because of Katie, not only did I find my love for the pool and coaching, which eventually lead to my love of teaching, but she was also a huge part of the reason I went to UC Davis and thus meeting Katrina who would introduce me to Drew!

Did I mention Trav and I had a younger brother, Carson? Cars came a long a few years after Trav and I met. It didn't take long to realize how cool Cars was. He tagged along most of our activities, but we didn't mind. As many younger brothers often are, he was annoyingly better at most things than us: wakeboarding, bowling, golf... You name it and he was most likely better than us. But aside from his natural abilities, Carson is one of the most humble and nicest people you will ever meet. He completes our trio of brotherly love.
Matron of Honor
The first time I met Carmen Marie I was 7, she was 8, and of course we were at a pool. After we swam the Water Devils that day, I told my mom I would like a playdate with this girl named Carmen because she was nice. Who knew that 6 years later we would be playing on the same summer club polo team together, then 4 years after that we'd be UC Davis Aggie teammates, to 2 years after that we would be at 548 living together, to 3 years after that we would move in to the 66 together and add our forever roommate Andre to the mix, to finally up to the present of being in each others weddings! The life of every party, and the girl who lights up any room, Carmen I am so lucky that the girl I wanted so badly to be friends with at age 7, has become my second sister. It all started with a pool and I am forever thankful!

A man I met at my first job out of college, Sal and I quickly learned that we had many of the same interests. It was as natural a friendship as they come. From exploring downtown Santa Rosa on weekends, to attending concerts all over CA, Sal and I eventually became travel companions. If you haven't heard about our Euro trip in April 2016, consider yourself lucky because we will talk your ear off for hours telling jokes and stories that you "had to be there" for. And don't get us started on our Vancouver/Seattle/Bend trip from 2015. Even though his sport team preferences are questionable, Sal is another overall great guy, and someone you won't regret meeting.

B has been the most supportive friend since we met in our most awkward phases of life, middle school (eek braces), and I challenge you to find a more genuinely kind human being. Our friendship grew stronger in high school, and even as my, "Sorry I can't, I have practice," statement became more and more frequent, I knew Emily would be there for me whenever I needed her most. From our San Pablo nights to talking about our high school (and celeb) crushes, from creating "Foodie Friends" with some of our other Tam High favorites (Nickaaaay P and Emma G!) to visiting each other in college, and from to her cheering me on at my last collegiate water polo game to standing by her side as she married the most AMAZING Scott Middough (@ him on Spotify), this girl has known more of my heart than I ever thought a friend could. Years of not seeing each other daily in Mr. Andres's econ-gov class, and this 20 year friendship never skips a beat. Can't wait for all the adventures forever B! XOXO S

Troy is another old friend. After originally meeting in high school, our friendship is one that has grown closer over the years. The most competitive guy I know, he always makes life more interesting. You'll find us competing and talking smack on the golf course, corn hole boards or a game of liar's dice. But one thing we can agree on is when it's football Sunday and it's time to root for the Raiders (Raaaaiiiiidddeerrrrrrss!). I was lucky enough to officiate his wedding and I'm constantly remind him that he owes me for rekindling his love with his first grade crush (shout out Monica aka "Monzer").
