People always say, "when you know, you know" and I truly never believed that I would "know" until I met Adam. I remember seeing him for the first time in our Sophomore year humanities class. Maybe it was his height or his goofy personality, but whatever it was I knew he was something special. For the next few months, I waited patiently for him to ask me out and start our adventure together. There is not a day that goes by that I am not 100% confident I made the right choice being patient with him. We're both incredibly excited to navigate this new part of life together and become even better friends, partners, and people in the process.
We had planned to have a fun mini photoshoot in a sunflower field off Argentine road. I (Erin) was brought there under the false notion that we were taking pictures because of my new bangs I had got that morning (boy was I wrong). We walked into the field and were surrounded by beautiful sunflowers. We took some photos, picked some sunflowers, and enjoyed each other's company for a few minutes. It was when we were standing there facing each other, just taking in the moment that Adam decided to pop the question.
