Our first meeting. After about a month of emailing and several hour + long phone calls, David hopped on a flight from NY--->DEN

A few months later Erin hopped on a flight to NY to spend Valentine's day with her "Brooklyn Boy"

It was freezing & Erin really got a bit of taste of what it was like living in NYC during the winter! And she hated it!! But Erin was so in love it didn't matter.

We had a long distance relationship for the first year that tested our idea of what it meant to build a relationship with limited interaction. We learned the power of communication & trust very early!

So when Erin decided to move to San Diego & go back to school, they decided to make the leap together in a place they both could grow together. So 6 mos after Erin moved, David followed.

We quickly grew to love the beach and Erin was thrilled there was so much hiking in Southern CA. This was during our now tradition of taking Christmas Day Hikes on Encinitas Beach!

Our second Christmas Day Hike at a nearby spot called Potato Chip Rock. It's literally an attraction where there is a line to climb on the tip of the rock to snap a pic.

While at David's sister's wedding in San Francisco, Erin got caught smooching David in her normal way.

Thanksgiving trip to DC to visit David's family and do some sight seeing.

On top of the Stratosphere in Vegas. David's first time going to Vegas and it was so much fun seeing him experience it for the first time.

Our annual trip to CO for the Fourth of July. This time Erin took David to one of her favorite places, Pearl Street in Boulder.
