Kindly RSVP by November 27th by following the instructions on your invitation. If we have not received your RSVP by November 27th, we will assume you are unable to attend. We understand the holidays are a busy time of the year, so the earlier you can RSVP, the better. We would hate for you to miss our big day!

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best classy Christmas party attire. Please, no jean/denim material and avoid shades of white.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you’ve been allowed a plus one, you will see your name and “guest” listed on your personal invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Invitations will be specific, stating your name with the individual name(s) of your child(ren) OR it will state the head of household’s name followed by “and family" OR it will simply state your last name followed by "family." Please be aware that if you decide to bring your children, you are expected to watch your children. We have put together as many activities as possible to keep children of all ages engaged and having fun, but the safety of your child(ren) is solely your responsibility. We appreciate your understanding on this matter!
Ceremony will begin at 3:30pm sharp. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you arrive at 3:30, you will be asked to wait outside of the ceremony area until the ceremony is over.
Our venue has free on-site parking. We will have signs at the entrance and along the roadway to direct you to the designated parking area. We do encourage guests to carpool as the parking is limited.
We will have a moment to allow guests to take pictures before the officiant will begin, but as soon as that moment is over, all phones are to be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! Don’t forget to share them with us on social media platforms with the hashtag #woodyoumarryme24 so we can find them!
Yes! Drinks are on us and the hangover will be on you! We will also have a hot chocolate and coffee bar (with all the fixings, including sprinkles)! If you decide to drink, we strongly encourage guests to plan ahead and have a designated driver or to use Uber or Lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a safe way to get home.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the season. The reception will be indoors. In the case of inclement weather, we will have a backup plan to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Reception will follow after the ceremony and a cocktail hour. There will be signage posted for your convenience to notify you of the direction for each event.
