FAQs

The Wedding Website of Eriel Ashurov and Danielle Kogan
Got a question that isn't featured on the list below? No problem- please feel free to contact the bride and groom directly.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is formal- and comfortable enough to dance the night away wearing. That said, please do the bride a favor and avoid wearing a white dress.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! That said, if you are planning to bring children under the age of 10, please let us know by the RSVP date.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your +1 is not included in your invitation, please contact the bride and groom to confirm whether or not a seat can be made available.

Question

Can I take photos at your chuppah ceremony?

Answer

Everyone will get the chance to take photos and videos for a portion of the ceremony. There will, however, be a very talented photographer and videographer present, so we are kindly requesting our guests avoid photos and videos of the chuppah outside of that moment.

Question

Can I share the wedding online?

Answer

By all means! Just make sure you use the hashtag #AshurovLove so we can see it too.

Question

Will there be a coat check?

Answer

Yes! There will be a coat check available when you enter the venue.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The cocktail hour will feature an open bar.

Question

What can I expect weather-wise?

Answer

The average temperature in Brooklyn in April for a typical day ranges from a high of 58°F (14°C) to a low of 41°F (5°C). Basically, it is moderately chilly with a gentle breeze.

Question

Will there be parking nearby?

Answer

Yes! There will be valet parking available on the day of the wedding.

Question

What about public transportation?

Answer

The F train can take you to Avenue X, the nearest train stop to the venue. If you want to take a bus, the B1 and the B4 are your best bets. Please be advised that transportation runs on a weekend schedule on Sundays, and a single MetroCard ride will cost you $2.90 each way!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 31, 2023.

For all the days along the way
