There will be no assigned tables, just a few reserved for family and those guests that need a place to land. We'll open the bar, the band will begin, and dancing will get started right away after the ceremony. As the buffets and food stations open, you can grab a plate and a seat at any open table. Make friends and sit with someone you don't know or haven't seen in a while. When you're ready, get back out on the dance floor or take another break for bites! Appetizers will begin at approximately 5:00p, dinner at 6:00p, and dessert at 7:00p. We will be labeling any pork or nut products, and there will be vegetarian options.
Yes! A coach bus will make 2 departure trips to the venue originating in front of the AC Marriott Madison Downtown at 3:00p and 3:30p. It will return guests in the evening as the reception comes to a close (at approximately 9:00p, 10:00p, 11:00p). We request that family aim for the departure 3:00p first to spread out passengers. Pickup/Dropoff: One N Webster St, Madison, WI 53703 Hotels closer to the venue have free shuttles and can be found on the travel page. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in Madison for a quick ride from downtown to the venue (12 minutes).
Yes! There's plenty of parking in the lot attached to the venue. Please take the shuttle or organize a ride if you're consuming alcohol.
Yes, your children are included in the guest count! Let us know via RSVP if they will be joining you or if you're handing them off to family and having a parents' weekend out.
