We will have a bus leaving at 3pm from the JW Marriott to get to the ceremony/reception venue, and a driver service company with multiple cars for you to return to your hotel/rental whenever you’re ready to go back. If you choose to rent a car, there will also be a designated driver service to drive your car back should you need it.
Welcome Cocktail: Dressy Casual Ceremony & Reception: The dress code in Peru for weddings is suit for men, long dress for women
Our own kids will be there on Saturday, so you are welcome to bring kids/childcare if you would like. Logistics may be a little tricky since the ceremony is 1h outside of Lima, so reach out to us and we can offer suggestions on how to make it easier!
We have a room block at the JW Marriott, which is very well located and has beautiful views! If you stay elsewhere, make sure to be at the JW Marriott by 3pm on Saturday for the bus pickup.
The cocktail will have passed hors d’oeuvres and the wedding will be buffet style. If you have dietary restrictions, we are happy to incorporate any special requests.
FUN. Come prepared for a big party with lots of dancing! The ceremony will be an outdoor Catholic ceremony, followed by a cocktail and dinner/dancing.
Jorge Chávez International Airport is located in Callao, an industrial/port area right outside of Lima. The safest way to get into Lima is to take a taxi from inside the airport - after passing customs, there are multiple booths for taxi companies. We take Taxi Green, but all other companies inside the airport are also safe.
