Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony will promptly start at 5:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:45 PM as we will not be allowing those who arrive late into our ceremony. There will be a light champagne service. For those who are checking in on October 25th, please come wedding ready as the hotel check-in time is 4:00PM.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking all of our guests to dress their bests and to please wear black tie attire. For the gentlemen, a proper suit or a tuxedo is appropriate attire. For the ladies, we are asking that you please wear floor-length conservative dresses or elegant pant-suits. We ask all guests to avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride, or any shades of red or blue. Please be mindful of your choice in footwear too, we are getting married on a grass courtyard.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or additional guests?

Answer

Please only RSVP for those addressed on the invitation. If a plus one is added, we will address the invite as "Your Name & Guest"

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We do have a limited guest count and are unable to invite all of our friends & family under the age of 18. If your children are invited, it will say "The ------- Family"

How & When do I RSVP?

Answer

When the time comes, we will invite all of our guests to RSVP here on our website. Please RSVP by September 1st to ensure that we can celebrate with you!

Will our venue be indoor or outdoors? What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will both be taking place outdoors during a beautiful California Autumn Sunset so please be prepared to bring a light sweater. Our reception will be indoors following our cocktail hour. The weather for the area around this time of year is mild. The evenings can get a bit chilly but the afternoons are beautifully sunny,

I have allergies, Will I be able to be accommodated?

Answer

Of course! When you RSVP you will have the chance to note any dietary restrictions and allergies you may have! We will do our best to accommodate all that we can. We cannot guarantee all allergies can be accommodated should you RSVP after the RSVP By date (September 1st of 2025).

What is the transportation situation? Will shuttles be provided to/from the venue?

Answer

We are asking guests to please arrange for their own forms of transportation at the moment. On-site Valet only parking is available for our guests should they choose to drive on their own. The parents of the bride have graciously offered to cover each guests' valet charge.

Question

Can we take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired photographers and videographers and we’d love to have photos with no phones or devices in them. Please put away your cameras and phones during our wedding ceremony. We are asking to please not share any photos of our reception or ceremony on social media before we ourselves have the opportunity to do so. We kindly ask that guests please share photos using the hashtag ; #OnCloudCrowley
