Miami Arrival

Day 1 and Day 2: Two nights in Miami - Tommy & Erica (T&E) fly from San Francisco, CA ( SFO) to Fort Lauderdale, FL ( FLL) - Our Flight Details: JetBlue Flight #578, Departs SFO at 9:35 am & Arrives FLL at 6:09 pm (5.5 hour direct flight) We always like the Jet Blue experience, after which we will drive 45 minutes to Miami for the night. - If you'd prefer, there are direct flights available from SFO to MIA. - Accommodations: We are spending two nights in Miami on Thursday, October 10th and Friday, October 11th with friends at their Miami Beach apartment but there are plenty of nice hotels in Miami including: The Edition, The Standard, SoHo House, One Hotel and Nobu Hotel.

All wedding guests are invited to attend a casual outdoor beach Welcome Reception with a sunset view at the Islamorada Fish Company on Sunday, October 13, 2019. Thanks to Tommy's parents, Maureen and Tom Stracke, we will celebrate our rehearsal/welcome dinner near the water on the "Purple Isle" called Islamorada. We look forward to greeting all of our wedding guests at this peaceful Florida Gulf Coast setting. (drinks, appetizers, buffet with salad, entrees, and dessert)

Monday, October 14th: Free day to choose a fun activity of your desire! Options include: - Islander Boat Trip ( up to 38 people) snorkeling, diving, sunset tours & eco-tours. - Key West Trip (1.5 hour trip south). Take a day trip or stay overnight at the Casa Marina "A Waldorf Astoria Resort" as an option to get away! Key West is a fun, casual beach town where people wear casual attire - flip flops, bathing suits and t-shirts everywhere. Fun night life, great restaurants. "THE BIG DAY" - Day 6: Tuesday, October 15th: WEDDING DAY ISLAMORADA - 5:30PM Wedding Ceremony at Pierre's Restaurant - Address: 81600 Overseas Highway, Islamorada, Florida 33036 - Venue website: https://moradabay.com/pierres/ - Formal Invitations Coming Soon (*Adults only please) The shuttle will be the local Island Time Trolley holding 32 passengers per trip. Islander Resort Pick Up Times: 4:45pm The trolley will be available at the end of the night to take everyone from Pierre's back to their hotels. The trolley will be picking up from The Islander but can drop off to other hotels in the area.
